Here's a little story:
There once was a girl. She wore glasses and always had her hair in a ponytail. Here's a little secret: she felt naked without her ponytail. She promised that she would never smile and never open up her heart so it would never break. Ha! Boy, was she wrong! She was trapped in a tall castle with strong and sturdy cement walls, but slowly, and painfully, the walls began to deteriorate because of the hard pouring rain, freezing cold snow, and blazing heat from the sun. It crumbled! By then, the girl had changed. What had happened to her? She had no more protection, no more strong and sturdy walls. Was she happier? You could say yes or no. She began to smile again. She finally let her hair down. She no longer wore glasses. BUT now she was vulnerable.
